(Wellness Division)

Orlando, FL | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Delivering Wellness Across Central Florida Since 1983 At Spas Etc., we help customers improve their homes, health, and lifestyle through hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges. We are looking for a dependable, professional team member to become the first point of contact for our customers.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, comfortable on the phone, and capable of learning basic spa operations and customer support procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and confidently
  • Ask questions to determine customer needs and route calls appropriately
  • Identify whether products are in warranty or out of warranty
  • Look up customer information in our CRM system
  • Create and print service requests/work orders for the service department
  • Transfer customers to Service or Sales depending on the situation
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and operational guidance (training provided)
  • Maintain organized customer notes and communication records

Applicants should be comfortable with:

  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking
  • Using CRM/customer management software
  • Looking up customer accounts quickly and accurately
  • Printing and organizing service requests
  • Email communication and data entry
  • Managing multiple calls and tasks throughout the day
